A Fall Day
Today was a perfect Fall day. Owen and Brady played outside the majority of the day. They were nice and tired tonight. :) Carson is almost 9 months old! I can't believe it!!

Football or Soccer Player?
The other day the boys were playing outside and Owen came in with this outfit on. I could NOT stop laughing. It is soccer outfit, except for under his shirt he put on his puddle jumpers floaties and was pretending they were shoulder pads! Too cute!!! You can tell better in the last picture! I love the imagination my boys have!
Owen's 5th Birthday
Owen turned 5 while we were in Iowa. We had a little soccer themed party for the family. It's been awhile since we've celebrated one of the boys birthday with our Iowa family. It was fun to get together!
I was wanting to get a picture of Owen in his soccer shirt, but of course he wouldn't hold still.
This is a really funny story....there was a mylar balloon tied to the end of the banister. Brady was playing with it and it came off the string. My parents have really tall ceilings, so obviously we couldn't reach it. Rob tried throwing stuff at it to knock it to the top of the stairs. That didn't work so my dad went and got the leaf blower. We all laughed so hard we were crying. Rob was at the top of the stairs to capture the balloon. Funny, funny, funny!! Oh, and they had to get it down so it wouldn't set off their alarm system while they were skeeping or away. :)

Apple Picking
The boys and I went apple picking with my parents while we were home. The boys enjoyed picking the apples and eating a few while they picked.
Owen keeps talking about how an apple fell on his Papa's head. I didn't see that happen, but he seems to think it's pretty funny!
Ok, the next two pictures should be reversed. Brady had his eye on a particular apple and wasn't going to give up until he got it. He finally did! :)
Carson even had to get in on the apple eating action. :)

Owen ASKED me to take a picture of him and Carson. Usually he is running the other way when he sees me with my camera out!
