Sing-A-Long

They sang quite a few songs at the sing-a-long. They sang songs from chapel, some classics and some Halloween. Parents were able to sit with their children while they were singing. I was able to videotape Owen with my camera. I LOVE this video!!! He's singing, then realizes Jack is near him and says "I see Jack." He goes back to singing then says, "I see my friend Judd."

Preschool Party

Today was Owen's Halloween party at preschool. They had a little parade for the parents and then had a sing-a-long, which was so cute!!! Eric was able to go into work late. It was nice that he was able to go. We were able to watch Brady, take pictures AND get some videotape of Owen singing.

Dinner Party

Last Friday, we went to a going away dinner party for a girl in my mom's group. We are so sad to see her go. She is moving to Texas because her husband got a new job.

More Pumpkin Patch

This picture was meant to be the last one. I'm not sure how to switch them around. Both boys fell asleep on the way home. So cute! He had everything he needed, his pillow, his John Deere lunch pail and his little pumpkin!

Brady insisted on licking every pumkin there! So gross! His chin was all muddy by the time we left. I should have taken a picture of that!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to Uncle Bob's Farm on Monday! The weather was beautiful! There were so many neat things to do and see there. We went on a hay rack ride, went through a corn maze, went to the petting zoo, learned about bees and bats, listened to a story, went on a nature hike and picked out a pumpkin. The boys were exhausted and so was I.

GO BEARS!!

Football season has been so much fun this year! I am a fan of the Hawks and the Broncos and both teams are still undefeated! Eric, my dad and brother are all Bears fans...I have no idea what their record is. Sorry, Eric! Momo and Papa gave the boys Bears shirts when they came to visit. The Bears played the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday and the boys wore their shirts to support them during the game! The Bears lost. :(

Halloween Sticker Fun

Owen had fun tonight with some foam Halloween stickers.

I wanted him to hold it up so we could show Momo and Papa. He was being really silly!

Georgia Aquarium

We went to the Georgia Aquarium, which happens to be the biggest aquarium in the world. It was really neat, by far the best I've been to. The boys loved the sharks and sat on the ledge and said "da na, da na". Really cute!! Owen also really loved the jelly fish and the Nemo fish.

Owen was a little apprehensive to put his hand into the water. Brady would have jumped in if my dad didn't have a tight grip on him. :)

Owen the Builder

My dad and Eric put shelves up in our garage over the weekend. Owen saw Eric bringing all the tools out into the garage and immediately ran upstairs to get his tools to help. He lasted outside with the boys for about 20 minutes! :) The shelves are a lovely addition to our garage. We have so much more room now and things are so organized. Next, on to the basement!

Linda's Playhouse

I have been hearing so much about a place called Linda's Playhouse. Families from my mom's group go all the time. We went for the first time last week, and boy have we been missing out! It is a house split up into different themes. In one room there is a little grocery store, in another room there are construction materials. There is a cute reading nook, an art room with all kinds of art supplies, a train table, a puppet theater and a place for the kids to have tea. It will be a great place to go in the winter when we can't play outside! Here are a few pictures.

The Comics

While Momo and Papa were here, Papa would go to the store every morning and buy a newspaper. Owen always had to get the comics out and "read" them!

Momo and Visit- Take 2

My parents came to visit the weekend of Owen's birthday and only stayed a few days. They came back for a week during my mom's fall break! Owen and Brady were thrilled to see them again. When I knew they were getting close to our house I told them to go look out the laundry room window.

Owen's

Owen had his 3 year check-up a couple weeks ago. I was anxious to see how much he weighed and to see if he was on the charts. HE WAS...for the first time since he was 6 months old. He is only in the 1st percentile, but hey, he's on the charts!!! The doctor's office had little gowns for the kids to wear! Too cute!!! I didn't know they made gowns for toddlers. I thought it was cute, so I took a few pictures. Owen was full of funny faces while we were waiting for the doctor.

Colorado Wedding

At the beginning of September, Owen and I flew out to Colorado to be in my friends wedding! We had an absolute blast and enjoyed seeing old friends and making new ones. Owen was the ring bearer and I was the maid of honor. We were honored to be a part of Josh and Shannon's wedding day!

Marisa is Josh's little girl. Her birthday is a few weeks after Owens. They became cute little buddies!
