All Packed

This morning (at 7:00) the boys came downstairs with their carry-ons packed and ready to go to Momo and Papa's house. That's great, except we aren't leaving until Friday morning! I asked the boys to show me what was in their carry-on. The second picture is Brady's bag. He has his baby and a blanket for his baby. He apparently is a light packer. Owen packed just the necessities (he he)....his pillow, a baby toy radio, 2 Nerf guns, a toy car, a drill, and a plastic duck. He also packed his baby who was hiding in the front pocket. I'm sure they'll pack and unpack their carry-ons a few more times before we actually leave on Friday. Owen will NOT be bringing the Nerf gun on the planes. :)

Chubby Cheeks

Look at those cheeks....they have gotten so chubby! I love them to pieces!!! :)

St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day is such a fun holiday to celebrate for kids AND adults. The leprechaun made his annual tip to the Dobson house. He made several messes and left gold for the boys. They had fun looking all over the house for the messes. They ran across a few messes and I had to tell them I made them, not the leprechaun! Looks like I need to do some cleaning (in all my spare time)! :)
Carson is smiling more and more everyday, but you can't tell from this picture! he he He has the most wide open mouth when he smiles. I absolutely love it! I'm trying to get a picture of it. Obviously, I'm failing!

Happy St. Patrick's Day, friends!!!

The boys sat down to count all their gold and Owen started to count them in Spanish! I love that kid!!! I need to get him counting in Spanish on tape. It's too cute!

Rainy Day = Jammie Day

It's a rainy day today, so we all stayed in our jammies! So far, we've taken pictures in our jammies, practiced cutting, vaccuumed the living room and now the boys are watching a movie. It's only 10:10. I have a feeling I'll be running out of ideas! :)

Family Tree

A few weeks ago we made family trees at MOPS. I thought this was such a cute idea. I'm happy with the way mine turned out!

First Smile

Eric has wanted Carson to start smiling since the day he was born. :) Today his wish came true. Carson smiled for the first time. I ran and got my camera and he did it a few more times. The picture is not the greatest. I was playing with the settings on my camera yesterday and forgot to put them back to normal! Darn!!! There will be many more smiles to come though!

1 Month Old

I can't believe Carson is 1 month old already. I took him to the doctor for his 1 month check up and he weighed 9 lbs. 6 oz. He weighed 6 lbs. 12 oz. at birth, so he's gained almost 3 lbs. in 4 weeks! My chunky lil monkey! I love him to pieces!!! He is still waking up 2 times a night to eat. He usually goes right back to bed. The boys still absolutely love him. Owen walks up to him and and say "Hey Sweetheart". So sweet! Eric and I don't say that to Carson, so Owen came up with that on his own.

He was over me taking his picture! Sorry, lil buddy (as Owen calls him), you better get used to getting your picture taken. Your Mama LOVES taking pictures! :)
